Refund policy

Because we send our products inflated we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Look4 Balloons. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you have purchased then please notify us immediately and return them to us within 7 days for a full refund.

Goods must be received in original condition and packaging with all components intact. Ensure that you include full order details otherwise your refund may be delayed. Alternatively you may wish to return unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods; please contact us to arrange this. Once your return has been processed, we will return any monies owed onto the original payment account. 

*Please note that personalised and inflated items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Goods Refunds

If a item is missing from your order or damaged we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing or damaged item only, not the whole order.

If for some reason your balloons are delayed and you no longer require them, or arrive damaged and a full refund is requested, we reserve the right to request that they are either refused at the point of delivery or posted back to us. (We will re-imburse any postage costs incurred)

Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the chosen delivery date.

Under any other circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of Balloon Monkey.
